Our AC finally bit the dust and we knew it was time to cough up the cash for a new one. I called ASI because my past experience with their maintenance team has been A++. They started NEXT DAY. They had a team of 4-5 techs working through the monsoonal heat wave - in Ramona! - to get us up and running as quickly as possible, and they worked late to ensure we didn’t have to go another night without AC. They knocked out an entire system removal (2 furnaces, 2 AC units), installation and re-routing of ductwork in 2 days. Solid, phenomenal job by the team: Gabriel, Ethan, Ricky, Derek. Everyone was polite, respectful, kept the work area pristine, and even tolerated my overly friendly dog :) I manage large commercial real estate for a living so I’m no stranger to the world of HVAC and service expectations. These guys definitely met my high bar. Are they the cheapest? No. But are they worth it? Absolutely. I’d call the higher price tag “reasonable” considering what we received. Service, speed, accuracy, warranties: worth every penny IMO. And I’m sleeping cool tonight!

Manny Chavez, is an outstanding quality control employee who truly takes pride in his work. His attention to detail, professionalism, and dedication are unmatched. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly and efficiently. What stands out the most is how much he genuinely cares about his job and the quality of the work he delivers. Manny’s positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence make him an incredible asset to the team. It has been a pleasure working with someone so reliable and hardworking. We are especially grateful for how quickly Manny helped us during our AC emergency. His fast response, professionalism, and willingness to help made a huge difference for our office, and we truly appreciated his support during such a stressful situation. I recently had maintenance done on my AC and furnace by ASI, and I wanted to highlight the great experience I had—especially with the technician, Jesus. From start to finish, Jesus was extremely professional, thorough, and clearly very knowledgeable about his work. He took the time to carefully service and clean both the AC and furnace, making sure everything was running properly and efficiently. What really stood out to me was his attention to detail—he didn’t rush the job and even went the extra mile by cleaning the outside of the unit, which I truly appreciated. On top of that, his customer service was outstanding. He was friendly, respectful, and took the time to explain what he was doing, which gave me a lot of confidence in the work being performed. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and the level of care provided. I will definitely be using ASI again in the future and would highly recommend requesting Jesus if you want the job done right.
