My water suddenly stopped getting hot and I noticed the “fuse out” light on my electric water heater. I called ASI in the evening yesterday and they were able to schedule me for an early morning appointment today in Escondido. Cob called ahead with his ETA and arrived right on time. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issue and replaced the fuse to get our water heater working again. While he was here, I enrolled in their rewards membership and he also helped change our AC filter. He made a few recommendations but never felt pushy or sales-driven, which I really appreciated. Overall, a very honest company with excellent service. Thank you, ASI and Cob!

He was very professional and personable. He made sure our new faucet was installed properly and sealed with the base which a major goal for us. UPDATE 2024-01-28 2024-01-25 Mustafa Thabit and Diego did our annual heating inspection. They were very time efficient, professional and personable. The summary of their inspection was extensive covering all aspects of our 2 unit heating system. Great representatives for a great company giving me confidence of quality service. Thank you. UPDATE 2023-11-07 2023--11-06 Michael Panissidi did our annual plumbing inspection. He let me know the status of his inspection at all times so I would know where he was at with it. Michael was very personable while being professional. He is a great representative and gives you confidence for ASI's quality of service. Very professional and thorough with a GREAT personality. 2022-02-08 We had our upstairs HVAC furnace replaced by Gama Pimienta and his partner. They did an excellent fast installation. Another outstanding team of ASI professionals. 2022-02-09 Chris Fezzey cleaned/disinfected the coil system of the upstairs HVAC. He was very thorough, professional while being extremely personable. He showed his before/after work with pictures taken. Great job Chris. UPDATE 2021-09-15 Our downstairs HVAC needed to be replaced. Lars did an excellent job evaluating what was needed and explained the whole process. Juan and another install tech (I don't remember his name) did the installation and were both highly knowledgeable, professional and double checked all their work. I most highly recommend ASI since all the people I have had contact with have been superior. UPDATE 2021-08-25 We have been customers of ASI for many many years. Yesterday we had our 2 unit AC system normal semi annual maintenance done by Jose Lino and I wanted to let you know how good a job he did. Jose was very professional while still being very personable. He was very thorough, attentive to detail and explained all he did and what he found. I would not hesitate recommending Jose as he is a great representative for ASI. I specifically ask for Jake each time our home needs any A/C or heating servicing because of his professional and caring manner. 2020-07-13 Today Anthony came to diagnose why no AC from upstairs unit. He was very mindful of covid-19 protocals, very professional, courteous and friendly at the same time. Found, fix and serviced the 2 AC units...very thorough and knowledgeable. Excellent ASI representative. Would not hesitate having Anthony doing any work needed.

As promised by your scheduler, Kieth Lombard made a pre arrival call to advise when he would arrive. Kieth arrived on time presenting himself in a warm and professional manner. Kieth surveyed our home to determine the plumbing situation. Kieth performed his duties well and resolved the blockage issue quickly. Kieth also advised me about your preventative maintenance program. I will discuss with my wife shortly. I have only good words to describe Kieth Lombard who is very knowledgeable with the administration side of your services. To say that I am impressed with the ASI techs is putting it mildly! It's been a long time since I have been treated to people as efficient, thorough, personable, and honest as the two techs that came out to my mobile home to give me an evaluation of my entire plumbing and sewer system underneath my unit, as well as in- house. Lest you think this is no big deal, mobile homes have a clearance of about two feet which means the techs have to wiggle underneath the entire unit, on their backs, to check out all the water and sewer plumbing. They take videos and pictures of any problematic areas so that they are plainly identified. Travis came out first and spent over two hours checking out the water heater, furnace, and all the water and sewer plumber beneath the unit. He then showed my partner and me videos and detailed photos of all the issues he had found both above and beneath the unit. A friendlier and nicer guy has yet to be born! My partner, who is an engineer, and very detailed oriented, said that he was thoroughly impressed with Travis and has rarely seen such a comprehensive report! Since my water heater needs replacement, and there were other issues identified, I asked to be given a price for the needed work. So, Brad a supervisor, showed up the following day. He crawled under the unit again, to verify the extend of the work, and also rechecked the water heater, and inside plumbing. You simply could not ask for a nicer, more cooperative guy. He even asked if there was anything he could do in the way of moving or lifting something for me. I guess my white hair showed that I was not Wonder Woman material. Anyway, Folks, if you're looking for honesty, thoroughness, and wonderful people to deal with, you cannot do better than the Folks at ASI! I highly recommend them!! Izzy Iyer

Our technician, Jay, was excellent. He diagnosed a leak from the second floor of our house and went above and beyond in my option to make sure the leak came from the "obvious" joint vs. running down the pipe from a different location. Your lucky if you get Jay. Reasonable price. I have not used ASI since they said all our AC needed replacement on a visit 8 years ago and our 2 AC units were totally fine. Maybe we just had a marginal tech and we swore never to use them again. But I do have to say that this leak is in a very visible area and we went back to ASI because it will likely be done right and I know enough about these types of repairs to understand if everything is on the level.

Michael Griffin, with ASI, called prior to arriving, arrived on time, and promptly and thoroughly checked all of my plumbing systems. He tested my water for mineral content and assured me that my soft water system was functioning well. He cleaned out a clogged pipe and made recommendations for continuing care for faucets and drains. He took several pictures which he reviewed with me. He alerted me to possible concerns with my aging water heater and helped to set up an appointment with a specialist. He was professional and personable, receptive to questions and informative with answers, attentive to needs and easy-going in all conversations. I hope he can return for future service calls!

This is our fourth time with services provided by ASI, they installed our solar home system over 10 years ago and did an amazing job then, we thought why not for heating and air. They did not disappoint! They have since done split installations and random plumbing upgrades in our home. But today, my aging MIL’s hot water heater decided to age itself out by exploding water lines and who else would I call but ASI. They not only fit us in the same day, but the amazing Jay, our repair tech was able to get us an install and upgrade tomorrow! Honestly, ASI never disappoints and always puts the customer first. As we move into our next phase of upgrades, plumbing, you can be assured it will be with ASI - they are more than just those white glove guys, they are our GO TO guys!

Antonio Gonzalez with ASI did a fantastic job. We needed our furnace valve replaced. The original part had been discontinued, and the replacement part required an adapter that was tricky. In addition, the old valve had originally been put in (by a different company) with kind of a “glue-like putty” that had hardened like a rock. It was a difficult job. But he worked hard on it, and got the old valve out and the new one installed. Everything worked perfectly when he left. He was also very nice and answered all of our questions very clearly. I would highly recommend ASI and Antonio Gonzalez in particular.

We had ASI give us a second opinion on an inspection of our furnace. The first company gave us a report that gave me the impression our furnace was about to fail. Jacob, service tech, did a very through inspection of our furnace and said the furnace was old but did not need replacing. I was shown pictures of my furnace compared to furnaces that need replacing. He saved me $11,000 for a replacement that I didn't need at this time. John, ASI advisor, was very through in his inspection of our house and attic. He was neat, efficient and knowledgeable. My wife and I were very satisfied with ASI.

I'm impressed with the exceptional service I received from ASI! Yesterday, their team serviced my house furnace and tankless water heater. The technicians were knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was working properly. Sebastian Piedra, who serviced my furnace, quickly identified and fixed an issue that had been affecting its performance. Meanwhile, Joe Vidales, Alberto Bustos, Dejon Miller, and Andrew Guthrie worked together to diagnose and resolve an issue with my water softener, which had been installed by another company years ago. Their dedication to getting it right, even when it wasn't their original installation, is truly impressive. What really stood out was their teamwork and commitment to customer satisfaction. They called in their supervisor to analyze the issue and provided me with options to get it fixed. And, they followed up the very next day to rectify the problem that had gone undetected for 5 years! A huge thank you to Joe, Sebastian, Alberto, Dejon, and Andrew for their expertise, professionalism, and dedication to excellent customer service. I'm so impressed with ASI and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service technicians.
