24-Hour Repair Response Time3
As an ASI Rewards member, upon request, we guarantee 24-hour repair response time. If we are unable to accommodate your request and repair(s) is needed during the visit, we will cover the cost of the repair up to $500.
Priority Installation4
As an ASI Rewards Member, upon request, if your A/C and/or Furnace system or water heater needs to be replaced, we will provide you with priority service within 24 hours of a permit being pulled.
Guaranteed HVAC Service Window
As an ASI Rewards member, we know your time is valuable, so we'll guarantee our arrival to service your HVAC system within a 2-hour window.
Transferrable Plan
As an ASI Rewards member, we are here to serve you. If you move, you can transfer your membership to your new home (if in our service area) or you can transfer your payment credits to the new home owner – a nice 'extra' to offer perspective buyers!
Diagnostic Charges Discounts
As an ASI Rewards member, the diagnostic fee will only be $19.
Drain Clearing5
As an ASI Rewards Member, the Drain Clearing fee will only be $27. In addition, upon request, we guarantee 24-hour response time for the drain clearing service. If we are unable to accommodate your request we will cover the cost of the drain clearing.

Extended HVAC Parts and Labor Warranty8
As an ASI Rewards member, the original warranty on any ASI Hastings HVAC repair(s) performed today or while an ASI Rewards member is extended for so long as you remain an uninterrupted ASI Rewards Member.
100% of ASI Rewards Payment Credited9
As long as you remain an uninterrupted ASI Rewards Member, 100% of your membership fees accumulated on a pro rata basis at the time of service may be applied towards the cost of an ASI Hastings i) complete HVAC system replacement, ii) a complete HVAC system with ductwork, insulation or radiant barrier replacement, iii) a partial HVAC system with ductwork, insulation or radiant barrier replacement, or iv) a complete whole home fresh water or drain repipe installation. 50% of your ASI Rewards membership fees accumulated on a pro rata basis at the time of service may be applied towards the cost of an ASI Hastings i) partial HVAC system only replacement, ii) ductwork, insulation or radiant barrier only replacement, or iii) a partial home fresh water or drain repipe installation.
