Your plumbing works hard every day — and a quick checkup keeps it that way. We inspect your pipes, drains, gas lines, venting components, run an annual camera inspection of your drain system, and flush your water heater tank, so you can feel confident everything behind the walls is working exactly as it should.
Electrical Safety Evaluation — Catch Hazards Before They Spark
Today's homes ask more of their electrical systems than ever, and problems usually stay hidden until something trips, flickers or overheats. Once a year, a licensed ASI electrician evaluates your panel, breakers, outlets and wiring for warning signs like scorch marks, warm breakers or overloaded circuits — so small issues get caught before they become safety hazards.
Beyond the Basics — Service You Can Count On
Guaranteed 24-hour repair response when requested or we will cover the cost of the repair up to $500.9 If you move, your membership and credits move with you—or become a valuable perk for the new homeowner.8
- If you decide not to take advantage of this benefit, the Precision Tune-up and Professional Cleaning has no monetary value. Limited to 1 Tune-Up and Professional Cleaning per 6-month season. Furnace only memberships are limited to 1 Furnace Tune-Up and Professional Cleaning per year. Benefit must be redeemed before the end of each applicable season (summer and winter).
- If you decide not to take advantage of this benefit, the Plumbing Inspection has no monetary value. Limited to 1 Plumbing Inspection per year. Tanked water heater flushes are performed based on equipment condition, which will be determined at the time of the appointment. Hair and debris removal within 1-foot, rooter service additional cost if drain is clogged beyond 1-foot.
- Upon request, your membership includes, at no cost, an annual camera inspection to determine the condition and functionality of your drain system. This service is available once per Membership year and cannot be carried forward to subsequent years.
- If you decide not to take advantage of this benefit, the Electrical Inspection has no monetary value. Limited to 1 Electrical Inspection per year.
- Discounts for hydro jetting, tankless water heater maintenance, water treatment maintenance and RO filters are available on a single transaction and once per Membership year and cannot be carried forward to subsequent years.
- Limited to one no-cost drain clearing per year. Any additional drain clearings during the year are only $27 per drain. Covers the first 75 feet from an accessible cleanout. Excludes: Area Drains, Roof Drains. Additional fees may apply. In addition, upon request, we guarantee 24-hour response time for the drain clearing service. If we are unable to accommodate your request, we will cover the cost of the drain clearing. Service on Sundays and major holidays excluded.
- ASI Rewards Membership must stay current through date of service. Offer applies to HVAC system and/or ductwork, insulation, radiant barrier, partial and whole home fresh water, drain repipe, whole-home rewire and new electrical panel installations purchased from ASI Hastings. Does not include fresh water single line reroute.
- You may transfer your ASI Rewards membership to your new home if within our service area, or you may transfer your accrued credits to the new homeowner upon sale of your property. Call us for transfer details.
- Upon request, we guarantee 24-hour repair response time. If we are unable to accommodate your request and repair(s) is needed during the visit, we will cover the cost of the repair up to $500. Standard service charges apply. Service on Sundays and major holidays excluded.
- The original warranty on any ASI Hastings HVAC repair(s) performed today or while an ASI Rewards member is extended for so long as you remain an uninterrupted ASI Rewards Member. Warranty excludes compressors, heat exchangers, coils, and refrigerant leaks. No monetary value.
These benefits are not for resale and are not redeemable for cash. Any unused portion of these benefits is not refundable. We will attempt to contact you via e-mail, mail or telephone to schedule your free maintenance or you can contact us directly anytime to schedule your appointment. Discount benefits received prior to the end of the first six months of membership may be subject to charge-back in the event of membership cancellation.
