Been seeing your commercials on TV for years – I don’t have an A/C and never thought I would need one (rethinking that now) so I never thought I’d have to call the white glove guys and I never leave reviews or answer surveys… but I needed to shower your praise because you probably saved me and my family’s life.

I’m 23 weeks pregnant and I’m scared; I have a 3-year old son, and my husband and I are both working from home. Our company-wide video conferences often happen in pajamas, with a screaming baby or the sounds of Elmo and Big Bird counting in the background.

We’re ok with all that – but my local grocery store is out of bottled water and I don’t feel safe having my husband go store to store right now. Both my parents work at Costco and they can’t even come over to hold their grandson because they’re still working every day.

So… long story – saw your commercial about an R/O water system. Last thing we ever thought we needed to be honest but we decided it was the best thing we could do for our family’s safety. So we called and had Nate, your plumber here, and he was so amazing – he actually wears the white gloves, had a mask on and went right to work. Super nice guy and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need.

The water tastes great, it saves us money for bottled water we used to use for formula and cooking and will help us with baby #2 in a few months. We honestly can’t thank you white glove guys enough.
