    Dear Sirs,

    I would like to congratulate you on the quality of workers you hire in your business. It is obvious that you have a very positive philosophy about who you hire, how you treat your employees and how you want them to treat your customers. I rarely find a company with so many polite and congenial people. Everyone I have worked with or talked to has been so nice. From David A., Mike, Bowen, Jason, Stephanie, Connie, and Maria – everyone I’ve been in touch with at ASI has been exceptionally positive, polite and considerate. It makes everything so much easier to accomplish when you know you can count on the civility of the people you’re dealing with.

    There are always going to be concerns, adjustments that need to be made, and problems to be solved. I feel that I can count on whoever answers the phone at ASI, or shows up at my door to be a polite and decent person, as well as competent. I know they are working toward my complete satisfaction with the job they are doing. That is worth so much to me, I hardly know how to tell you. So, I just had to thank you for your philosophy in hiring the people you do, and for passing on your customer service philosophy to them.
    It is so much easier to do business with a company that ensures that their workers treat their customers well. I will have no problem recommending ASI to my friends.

    Dear Mr. Justo,

    I want to personally thank you for the professional installation of our Carrier Infinity Air Conditioning and Furnace System. The entire process from proposal to final wrap up and “hands on” demonstration was polished and delivered with attention to detail.

    A business like yours does not happen by magic and you can be justifiably proud of the team you have created. I think it’s important to mention Greg N. (Proposal), Connie (showroom tour and scheduling), Darrell L. (Supervisor and Primary Installer), “Junior” the Seau look-a-like (installer), and Martin R. (installer) that were involved with my contract.

    My original model home central air system was poorly designed and produced a significantly underwhelming supply of airflow to the second story rooms. Thankfully, Darrell was able to diagnose and solve the challenging airflow problem.

    Your reputation as the most “trusted contractor in San Diego” is well deserved. I wrote the following in my online evaluation – “Absolutely one of the best, if not the best contractor I have ever worked with. Expert proposal and follow through. Professional installers and professional installation. Everyone involved was courteous, knowledgeable and focused on providing a totally superior Carrier Infinity Air-conditioning and Furnace system. All promises and expectations were met if not exceeded. It doesn’t get any better than this.”

    Dr Mr. Justo,

    Earlier this year we installed a new furnace in my mother’s Oceanside home with you. We were both extremely pleased. As such, my mom referred ASI to a friend down the street which installed a new furnace from you a few weeks ago, and when I purchased a new home in Carlsbad earlier this month myself, I turned to ASI to install a new heater, air conditioner and water heater in my home as well.
    I wanted to take this opportunity to thank Tony G., Dwight, and the team involved with my installation. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and installation of quality products were beyond compare. I’m in the customer service business myself and know the value of having outstanding people focused on the customer. You certainly have another loyal customer for many years to come as a result.

    Mr. Justo,

    The purpose of this letter is to compliment three of your installers who installed two new furnaces in our house today. The three gentlemen are: Jason M. (lead installer), Dwight.H, and Tino, whose last name, unfortunately, I do not have.

    During their time at our house, these gentlemen were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. When the job was finished, they made sure that the furnaces worked properly, that I knew where the filters were located on the furnaces, and that I knew how to correctly operate the thermostat.
    Overall, these gentlemen conducted themselves as professionals at all times. They are a credit to ASI Hastings and to themselves. My wife and I selected ASI Hastings based on the recommendations of friends. As a result of our experience, we will not hesitate to recommend ASI to our friends.

    Dear ASI,
    My name is Aimee M. and I just purchased a home and had heating and air conditioning installed with you guys. Jason M. and Tino R. installed and I wanted to let you know that they really impressed me. They went over and above my expectations. In moving I used multiple vendors to supply my new home with the necessary plumbing, cable, appliances and furnishings. Your men and company were the only ones whose work went smoothly and correctly. Every other vendor either messed up delivery, installation or failed to keep their deadlines. That is a lot of mistakes made for a very stressful move in. You are the only company I will be referring to friends and family.
    Thank you for your wonderful work, and for hiring such competent and friendly employees. Jason and Tino were sweet and careful with my toddler. By the time the job was over my son had played and hugged them both. Thank you for providing such personal and competent service.

    Hi,

    I’m writing to let you know of the excellent customer service I was given by two if your employee’s. There names were Clayton and Jeremy. They showed up on the time I was expecting them, and left at the estimated time they gave. So that made my day run as scheduled (a lot of companies promise but don’t deliver when it comes to time scheduling).
    They took the time to show me how to use the control panel for the heater, and Clayton even set it up for me, that I felt was dazzling customer service, if all of your employees do that then kudos to your company for instilling that to your employees!

    The house I live in is 15 years old, as well as all the houses around me (they were all built at the same time) so if my heater was needing to be replaces, so will the other houses around me, and I will be sure to recommend ASI to replaced or repair there heating needs!

    Being in the service sector for most of my career, I feel compelled to let your company know what an incredible job your people have done. One year ago we had Matt H. come to the house and tell us what was possible with replacing our furnace and adding air conditioning. My husband and I had this house built about 25 years ago and it’s wonderful for us, but a night mare for heating and air conditioning.
    Matt was wonderful and told us the bad news about needing an additional furnace, but he spent so much time figuring out all the possibilities that day, as we had to add a second unit. The contractor only put one in the original construction. Well, time went forward and we thought we could let it go for awhile, but after the fires, I had your company come and check the furnace and the workman reminded me how old the thing was. We had experienced enough after the fires and so I asked for Matt to return and provide the estimates. He figured out the best way to handle this situation and we set a date for the installation.
    Clayton was the lead man, and his daily assistant Jeremy C. and Shawn was here a great deal of the time working with them. They were wonderful … polite, timely, informative, and extremely professional. I guess I just didn’t expect all of that and so appreciated it as we were without heat during the cold spell for 9 days. I couldn’t complain as both my husband and I were well informed and we could see the progress of the work.

    Everyday, they cleaned everything up. Every time I called the office about the financing or some little thing, Jennifer was right there for me, as polite and courteous as anyone. Even when I called her today for a vent cover, she was the same.
    You should be proud of an incredible team of people who protect and care for the people they are servicing.

    Dear ASI Hastings,

    Recently you have replaced my old Furnace and Duct work, and replaced it with a new Furnace and Air Conditioning system in my 70+ year old house in Talmadge.

    Your entire company surpassed my expectations in any aspect of this job. Beginning with the initial evaluation by Matt, all the way to the professional behavior of your installers Clayton, Jeremy, and the other two crew members, your staff went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care off from beginning to end of this challenging project.

    Your installers were on-time, friendly, and professional. Even though the job was complicated, challenging and dirty, your crew paid attention to detail and made sure that at the end of the day, my house looked clean and livable. They accommodated every request and, occasionally even took care of my dog.

    Jennifer, who dealt with the financing of this deal, was very patient and thorough. When it came to adding a few hundred dollars of work to the job, I was prepared to pay the difference out of my pocket, but without even asking, the amount was added to the financed amount and the paperwork was re-drawn, and dropped by my office for signatures.

    I want to commend you on the selection of your staff! They were a pleasure to work with, and made sure their client was well taken care off. Please pass my sincere gratitude on to them.

    As a business coach, I am working with dozens of small and mid-sized businesses around San Diego. On a daily basis I face companies and their lack of customer service. It is a true rarity to find a company that puts the customer first. Thank You!

    I will make sure to recommend your services to my friends and neighbors whenever it comes to A/C or Heating needs in the future.

    From the start when Eric came out, your company was on tne mark ,everything was explained.     I had a new furance and a air condition system installed on the 30th of april.

    Mr.Sean R. & Mr.Art P. were the
    technicians, they did a professional job,
    were very thorough and courteous and very helpful in understanding of all the
    questions that were asked.

    It’s great for a change to work with
    a company who wants to do a professional
    job with competent people.
