On January 23, 2012, Adrian Chavez (Service Technician) came to my home for a routine check of my heating system. This is the first time that I have used the services of ASI. I was very pleased with Adrian. He arrived on time, was polite and clearly explained what he would be doing. My entire five-bedroom home has white carpet. On his own, Adrian put on paper booties to protect my carpeting. I appreciated the fact that he respected my home.
Adrian obviously has been trained in the importance of good customer service. I was a human resources manager for 20 years. I am very experienced in evaluating employees on how they meet the responsibilities of their positions.
I informed Adrian that I would have him return this summer for an air conditioning check. He speaks well for your company. I thought you would appreciate the positive customer feedback.

Both Jason and Todd were assisted by Mike, your regional installation supervisor who also possessed a wealth of information that culminated in a superb installation of a superior product.
I fully appreciate how Jason, Todd, and Mike worked with us, fully explaining the system and ensured that both my wife and I knew how to work the thermostat.

Clayton was my furnace installer and I have nothing but the highest praise for the caliber of his work, workmanship, and service. He leads his crew with an easy, even handed, yet direct manner. Our job had a few curveballs in it and Clayton handled each one with a calm, persistent approach. I am not an easy customer to please and can try the patience of the most patient contractor, but Clayton managed every one of my concerns as if it was the first. Dereck Quint installed a Lenox furnace for me in my condo back in December. He was very professional (and friendly) from the get go. The install went perfectly. He was very thorough, talked to me like I had a brain in my head (unlike many other contractors), and worked with me on fine details such as noisy registers and thermostat problems. He arrived on time, cleaned up leaving my place immaculate, and I felt he was very honest and just really interested in customer satisfaction. Dereck made this initially daunting experience a real piece of cake for me! Oh, and lets not forget the sales rep. Anthony Demarco. He was equally as professional and courteous. I just had a very top of the line Lennox Central Heating and A/C system installed in my house including all new ductwork and registers (the whole 9 yards). I wish to compliment you on the quality of your company, your product and especially your extremely professional installers. The two men that I am referring are Jason and Travis. I am a 75 year old man. I spent 25 years in the U.S. Navy and 19 years and 4 months working at NASSCO as a sheet metal production foreman/repair estimator. Needless to say I have been around the block quite a few times. Over the years I have had a few occasions to have contractors come into my home from various trades. These two young gentlemen are by far the best professional installers I have ever had the pleasure to have in my home. They were so dedicated to their work and they worked so fast and precise. I would like to thank ASI Hastings, its employees and installers, for their unusual perseverance and patience to correct some of the problems after installing a heating and air conditioning system in my home. Especially David, who ended up in the middle of all this, coordinating technicians and making appointments, he made sure all the issues were resolved. He maintained his “cool”, friendliness, and sincerity throughout.
My father once told me when I was a boy many years ago that when you buy a car, it isn’t so much the salesman being friendly and giving you a fair price, but how you are treated and the service you receive after the sale. I have never forgotten this. ASI and David certainly passed that test.
One more thing I would like to mention is where ASI stands out from other businesses right from the start: They respect the sanctity of your home! Entering the home with booties over their work boots may, on the surface, look like a funny gesture but it is an example of how clean they work and how spotless they clean up when they are done. Other businesses do not do that. They may do a good job installing whatever they install, but they are totally oblivious to dirtying your home in the process. I have had workers stomp through my living and bedrooms leaving black oil stains on my white carpet. Needless to say – they will not enter my home again.
Many businesses just don’t get it – ASI Hastings does! Thanks again.
